Walking not only relieves that moment of depression but also helps to calm down.

You see, we're too much obsessed with thoughts from past-present-future. Simply, we can't just only live the present time.

It's hard to be Homo sapiens among other biological species.

We love, but at the same time, we hate.

We care about lives as much as we destroy them.

We give promises knowing the truth that we can easily turn around.

No wonder the majority of people are depressed.

Why?

We are EGOISTs.

Depression not only smashes the body but also it hits the soul within…

It's time to understand our major purpose in this world.

The main task in our lives. Why?

Because we have already made our choice since we are here and count our beings as some part of society. Though, we are trying to live our lives right at the moment.

However, people are confused and get mixed in finding their North on the compass. That obviously leads to loneliness and egocentrism.

No matter what happens, in the end, doors lead to a welcome message for slowly-crawling depression within.

Fortunately, we know what to do next.

Since choices have been already made, then it's the right time and place to understand that choice.

Now it's time to ask and get the answers for - why we have chosen. It's the smart way. And this propels us to find the true north on the compass.

Putting aside everything within our existential aspects - I may say that, “Hey buddy, it's OK to be in the 2nd position”.

Just relax and enjoy your every moment.
