Managing with Stress | Mental Health

We born alone, live together. But we die alone. Life is itself full of loneliness, even when it's crowded outside…

Well, what's the solution then?

Human emotions are enormously elastic. One can play with them and can either use them in a positive way for a better life or in a negative way for though times.

Assume that someone's been captured into a room with no doors. And locked inside.

Experiencing stress is also like locked into a room. However, it's usually locked mentally somewhere in our brain. Neither seen nor heard. Pretty dark times. And the level of darkness is quite deep. Deeper than anything that we can imagine…

Remember the movie “Beautiful mind” by Russel Crowe starring as John Nash. Well, a stressed or over-stressed person is also like Prof. Nash. The capturer - the locker - the victim are the same guy. Who?

It’s YOU…

Who can save us from this condition? No one! Except yourself.

It's time to finally search for the solution internally - inner peace!

It's better to find the other half of yourself somewhere in the past. In the past where you got injured…

It turns out that whenever we got externally injured, we start to slowly experience small steps of stress or what's called modern stress!

Why?

Because when we got injured, we start to isolate our being from the community. And the soul that we carry starts to behave aberrantly. And in the end, we unintentionally smash our own being. The one who is responsible for the main purpose of our existence in this universe.

During stressful times, melatonin, which is there for the ignition of our night sleep, gradually drops. We start to have sleeping disorders. And the body clock gets upside down.

Then how to normalize the sleeping time? Since this is the only time interval where our cells have the chance of being repaired.

So, before going to bed here what can be done:

  1. Meditate

  2. Get rid of all sorrows

  3. Forgive the ones that you hate a lot!

  4. Read your favorite passages. It can be from poetry or any place where you can only inhale a positive breeze

  5. Have a look at your family members (e.g., kids, spouse, or even pet)
