On How To Deal With Overthinking
When passing through a hell of feelings, keep going.
Dear Readers!
This is an open letter to all of you from my office.
I would like to thank you all for being here and having some time with my writings. Frankly, the words that I write here are my genuine confessions.
First of all, I write to think clear. Empty my mind from all unnecessary things around my life. But that’s not so easy. To let go. And never look back.
Since we all have our own past. Full of regrets. Frustrations. Lots of missed opportunities. Going back and overthinking just drives mad most of us.
However, the past is already in the past. It does not exist anymore. The problem with living in the past not just only impacts the present moments. But also it has some detrimental effects on our future.
Hence, I made myself clear with one thing: the past and the future does not exist. Be present now. Living in the present time makes me happy. And being grateful for things I have brings my mind back to reality.
I guess I am not alone on this thing.
Lately, I have been asking myself a lot. Just in one of my happy moments I suddenly meet with “unhappiness”. Somethings start to annoy my consciousness. Teases my peace. And initiates a sudden “worrying” mechanism in nerves.
In today’s overloaded world, there’s one factor that is killing most brains: OVERTHINKING.
In many cases, overthinking is caused by a single emotion: FEAR.
Fear is what we pay the bills for feeding our emotions with past times that already don’t exist anymore. Before turning into a “fear” thing, it used to be just part of our regular feeling or emotion. But times passed. A lot since then…
Or might be our emotions were paralyzed somewhere at sometime back in our “happy moments”.

Thank You for being here :)
Let’s make a 10-DAY plan.
Let’s give ourselves a promise.
A promise not to overthink.
Not to accuse ourselves of things we have done in the past. Not blame others for our failures. Stop focusing on negativity and letting our minds thinking things out of control.
Anti-overthinking recipe from me:
Control your thoughts.
Do not let for any second your mind think outside of your controlled range.
Mediate. Speak with your thoughts. Daily. For at least 10 min.
Practice self-talk. Empty your mind. Let it heal by itself.
Forgive everyone. In particular, forgive yourself. Allow yourself to heal.
When under stress, breathe deeply. Open your eyes. Don’t get lost.
Focus on yourself. Don’t get lost in people. Don’t overvalue anyone.
Start writing. Each. Single. Day.
Start to sing your favorite songs. Singing comes better for your soul.
Exercise. In particular, start jogging. That would help to clear your mind.
Let’s heal together.
Talk to you later.
Namaste :)
