3 Things to Practice Each Day

Reset your mind. Calm your heart

"Reset your mind. Calm your heart".

That's one of my tweets on my Twitter page (@Positive_Call).

Though we are not anymore living in the age of technology.

We are living in the age of attention, care, and mutual understanding.

Happy Wednesday All.

Thank You all for being here:

They say that you create your own luck.

For some, this is some sort of rich life and wealthy possessions. For others, this is just a moment of joy.

Whatever that means for each of us, one thing is certain: you create your own life.

Every second. Every inch of that.

If your luck is money, you take ownership of every cent you made of it.

If you prefer joy and happiness, no matter what odds are on your side, you develop a delusional level of optimism and be happy.

Though, you can't make a happy man sad.

You can only make him laugh at things.

Same as for the wealthy mind.

You can't drain an abundant mind into a scarcity one.

You can only catch its attention.

We choose what we see.

Interestingly, when you decide to stay in a happy mood, you simply don't look around problems happening.

You simply live your life. And no one can ever change your mind. A determined mind.

Therefore, practice 3 things every morning you wake up:

1. focused ambition

2. strong discipline

3. fit willpower

You can only grow forwards, not backward. You gotta make sure one thing: your past is in the past.

There is no way back. There is nothing there for you.

And you have been there a hundred times.

Remember each visit there. It ends up with the same story.

Each time when you visit you just only fill your mind with regrets | frustrations | self-blame.

Instead, look forwards.

There's your bright future. Full of hope and good things.

For that, never underestimate the power of building your own morning rituals: ambition, discipline, and willpower.

When your mind and body get charged with these, nothing can stop you.

No distractions. No attention. Nothing.

Always remember:

Don't forget the lifestyle you promised yourself. For your family and parents.

Your past failures or someone else's success stories do not define your future victory.

Now, stop looking around and concentrate on your own journey.

Focus on getting better each day.

When you practice a strong focus on your own story, you start to attract the attention of others.

That is the superpower you will ever have within yourself. Don't destroy that. Don't let anyone harm that.

Keep an open mind and a body pumped with strong discipline and fit willpower.

Your time will come.

Yours,

The Calling Guy
